Strange, seems I haven’t been entering my weight or something even when it’s down. Will pay more attention. Today, it is 160 on the dot, it was not yesterday.
Long walk last night, short row, #82. Blob down, muscle up, holding some water. Got the diverticulitis going on a little, trying to keep it at a minimum. Chicken, bread, rice and tea. I honestly feel fine other than recognizing the pressure. Drinking tons of fluids.
Spending day with BF, may take some pics, may not.
