Did the trifecta yesterday. Swam, walked and rowed. Broke the swim up into pieces due to technical difficulties and then just decided sets were the way to go. Faster, because the rest. 907 strokes, 7.6METs, average heart rate was 137. Did three sets and then ran out the clock.

Walk was medium, happy puppies.

Row #64 was twenty minutes with some more all-outs. I’m getting to the point where I have taken all the sessions they have posted so will need to erase and start all over again.

I have been watching the Olympics via the app and it’s fun to row while real rowers kick my butt on the big screen.

Anyways, Monday is calling.

my kids have been obsessed with the Olympics they were watching gymnastics today and tried telling me they could do an iron cross and I burst out laughing they were like what that's easy 😂

Today I learned how to do the livestream. Low volume all day during work. Swimming and diving and a little surfing.
