Row #4 on the books, blob down, muscle up, challenge may have some interesting effects. Puppy class last night, but 30 minute hard row got my rings closed before bed. Side effect, I was ravenous last night, need to make a conscious plan to eat earlier and choose wisely. Strawberries and other prepped foods with a little cereal, maybe. I like frozen food in the summer, but it’s still chilly here and I’m not going to complain as long as we have the sun a little bit during the day.
