Yayeee...I think exercise is helping. I've been eating more than I was originally, but not going "crazy" and just eating anything. There's been so many parties since last weekend (Memorial Day--the entire weekend, a baby shower and a retirement party). This week is race weekend, so I'll be doing a lot of walking (as long as it doesn't rain). We tailgate like crazy, so I know I'll eat breakfast--and not yogurt...LOL. All the food will be grilled, so that's healthier. LOL. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!
