No change this morning, not a surprise. Took dogs for a very short walk and decided to catch up on sleep. So i did. Finished another work project this morning, not touching that computer until Monday morning. got some errands to run this morning, then we’ll see if i think my lungs are ready to swim. I’ve managed to keep this cold out of my head, but it’s still hiding out in my upper chest and makes an appearance in the mornings when i get up and when the temperature drops. Sharing our gorgeous canyon wildflowers. These orange and yellow beauties are nasturtiums and they’re actually edible cooked or raw. This is part of the same canyon i hike with the dogs. It’s not huge, but the terrain varies greatly. Took this pic from the street.

Katsolo do you ever add the Nasturtium to your salad. I like them— peppery tasting. And they look so pretty. Beautiful view

I have, but not yet this year. Our Italian restaurant put some on top of the pizza.
