First dose in, no side effects so far. Fingers crossed this is the way it stays. Shorter walk last night, slow start, did okay, then she slowed down so we went home. As long as she's walking and eating, we're on the right track. All good for now.
For me, I need to add some activity in as the walks aren't enough. now that we're though the initial crisis, I'm going to make sure I get my butt in the pool again as I need more. Walks are good for mental sanity, but I need the higher levels of exertion as well.
I didn't shop last week and the result is that I was very fresh veggie and fruit deficient. Makes a difference in how I feel. Will make the time this weekend to get there or order. I did eat some apples and tomatoes, but not the usual volume. I made baby potatoes for dinner last night, those were delicious.
Anyways, point is that I need to get back on my normal track. i needed things to settle and get a plan together. if things continue to go well this weekend, I'll take the big dogs into the canyons again. they need an adventure.
It's Friday, working a full 8 (boo) but free from there and it's a Walkabout weekend so fun in the streets!
