Wohooo work hooked me up and got my pants order in early. A wardrobe malfunction is significantly less likely now with pants that actually fit me. 😃

And my new favorite workout apparel arrived today ... nothing like the mobility and breathability of working out In a kilt on leg day. I got to hand it to those dudes at the highlands games for the idea.

Thank you for checking on me. Means a lot. Your words are not empty, you have gone through something much harder than smoking cessation. I appreciate your support very much. Good night.

yfritz happy to support your efforts any way that I can. Don't for a second discount the difficulty of stopping smoking! it took me multiple attempts to quit that one Mostly because of the same reasons you are running into with it being far more Long term impacting than short term. Stopping all the other crap was very very hard but there was nearly immediate impacts to life after stopping. I know these are personal journeys and everyone has their own reasons and motivation and need to really make those choices for themselves. Ill keep checkng in until you tell me to stop haha but don't think I'm trying to tell you you need to quit that's all up to you.
