3 months without proper exercise. Weight fluctuations due to fasting and improper food intake. Now slowly and gradually to begin regular training regime. Hope for the best.
145.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
