Coco - I find the carbs to be worse than protien to put on weight. I think 2 lbs is still within the realm of fluctuations though. So just try to eat cleaner... and don't cut back to the point where you are hungry all the time. Moderation is the key... you can have anything... but just not all of it :)

Matt, when I have given in to meat cravings over the last few months, it never led to anything worse. But eating a few rolls and some sugary stuff over the weekend has had a different effect on me. I was starting to fantasize about cake and donuts! Haven't done that in ages. White refined flour is the devil.

It most definitely is...several straight days of stuff like that on vacation stuck with me for at least a week after coming home. Meat is awesome.
