Medium walk last night, couple strange encounters. First was a huge raccoon, it was night before trash day, so not entirely surprising. He wasn't interested in us, but startled me. No dog drama there. Tons of people were out, probably due to the heat. Our little houses heat up and it's really hard to cool them down in the evenings if there's no breeze off the ocean. Sadie does not tolerate the heat well so it was a slow walk, but we did it all.
had the remainder of the halibut for dinner last night. So good. mixed their tartar sauce with hummus to break up the mayo and add some more flavor. it was pretty good.
one last intense day this week, tomorrow we will try and catch up with everything else that wasn't a crisis. fun never ends. head down, blinders on, press on.
