Puppy class last night, but did 45 minutes on the treadmill before that so closed all the rings and then some, which is good. Treadmill session had some interval sprint sets, those are interesting, I'm getting better at them, but don't like long sprints of more than a minute. Good training for outrunning serial killers though, so we'll take it. Yeah, may have watched too many scary movies at one point in my life.
The gut experiment continues. Playing with ratio of soluble/insoluble and natural foods vs. supplements. Good times, good times. The internal pinch point which gives me so much grief does seem to have relaxed some this week which is good. Head 'em up, move 'em out. Yeehaw.
