Ended up with a medium walk last night even thought it was cold, wet and windy. The water dog loved it, the rest of us just pushed through. It's funny how the breed characteristics show themselves. Another great sunset, this one to the west. That makes it worth leaving the house at least once a day. Numbers below are fine, would like to get in a swim, but I'm a huge wuss with wind and cold. I'm making a big dish of twice baked spaghetti squash with ground turkey tonight. That's the plan at the moment, at least. Scale is a Withings smart scale, other stuff is Apple Watch and an app called Zones.

It shoots an electric current through your body and the time it takes to get back varies by the type of tissue, fluid, or bone. It is not as precise as a medical grade device, but it allows me to track trends.

Found a better link for you and deleted the first one. https://yourweighingbuddy.com/how-does-a-smart-scale-work/
Again, mine is a Withings smart scale, it cost me about $50 and the app is pretty good.
