Had a big drop at the end of the week which crept back on while I was sleeping last night - not sure why but could have been the wine Friday night - we'll see what happens tomorrow - I'm staying on track though so I feel good. We ate at Ruby Tuesdays after church last night and I stuck to the salad bar but I did munch on some onion rings off my son's plate - I know stupid right? So maybe that had something to do with it too - I charted it though and it didn't put me too out of reach..
