Not worried, muscle weight holding which is what I want. Didn't eat anything really unusual, so it's fine. I also feel really strong in my whole upper body and my pants still fit.
No swim, no real walk last night because I'm doing a one hour swim with no stops today. Turning the current down a notch for that because this will need to be slow and steady for me to be able to make the whole hour. Kinda excited to see what this one looks like compared to the one I did earlier this year. Finally found a swimming treadmill workout guide and it reinspired me on how to mix up these workouts beyond basic times, pyramid, sprint sets.
