Have started to get serious again about diet and in particular regular exercise. Went through a bad period becoming a couch potato and being depressed - but have made a decision to turn things around.
In the last 3 weeks have lost over 3 Kg. At the moment I am walking approx 90 mins day, but do not strictly follow Atikens diet.
220.5 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.4 lb a week

You seem to be doing well! I'm glad you made this decision to turn your life around--it's really worth it. If you find yourself not losing weight anymore, try following Atkins a little more strictly and you might see the scale move a bit more! Do what works for you though, because in the end it's you who is going to be skinny! Good luck :)
