Ok, so the weight stayed up this morning, despite yesterday's workout. Oh! speaking of which, yes, my very gentle bulldozer of a friend dragged my butt to the gym, all kicking and screaming and every excuse in tow...and I am that much grateful to her..she's a bully and I love her!!
I didn't run, but did a brisk walk and managed to expend 240 k in 30 mins..not great, but not bad either. At least a way to shed off those excess chinese-food calories...speaking of which, uh oh! I am getting back on that old kick of chinese food!! Two days in a row! That stuff is ADDICTIVE, man!! Whatever the heck they put in it, keeps you so hypnotized, and with a subliminal message--"come back to me...come back to me"!!!! I almost caved and went there again today, but a last min good sense and my bully/keeper's admonishments saved me just in the nick of time...!
I worked out a little on the lighter side today..only 30 mins of treadmill and @ 3.8 miles...not much sweat...I need to go there first thing in the mornign and do a REAL freakin' workout!!! Not these lame, half-assed jobs!!
On the food-front, things have been quite well, as reported below: Brunch: scrambled egg white with meatless crumbles and cheese (4) and coffee with soy milk (1) Snack: yogurt (2) and laughing cow cheese (1) snack: more cheese (2), more coffee Dinner: Salad with ff feta (1), oil (0.5), and veggie patty (2)
water: 1.5 liter..a little on the low side.
