I've had a harder time since Christmas getting back to the healthy eating and exercise routine. Last night my craving was peanut butter, and it beat me down. Today, I was buying some cookies for someone at work and was so tempted to buy some for myself, but I didn't woo hoo! We can get there again, it just takes time to re-learn the things we taught ourselves, and our taste buds, before, and to get that motivation going again.
