Been putting a lot of walking in and have averaged just over 80 minutes every day this week.

Have started eating bread and the occasional sweet thing.

We are in Autumn in NZ and have had a bit of bad weather where it rained continously for more thaat 24 hours. This may curtail my walking.
208.6 lb Lost so far: 34.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
