Three pound loss since yesterday. Stepped on the scale this morning to check if my OMAD meal size is working for weight loss, and it appears to be. ☺
Start to think that my muscle pain yesterday morning was just because I did weight lifting on a limited protein 'budget'.
Went 27 hours fasted yesterday, to move the OMAD timing to later in the day. Notice that deep sleep started later also...actually seven hours after the meal. So I may as well move the meal time to earlier today I think. May go for a 23 hour fast today to see what happens.

Hope you find the sweet spot. I am not that "calculated" in my approach to exercise. I usually just want a bit of energy. But sometimes I run fasted even if I know it is slightly slower. I enjoy it anyways.

liv001 Agree, it is wonderful to run on clean burning fuel. Wonder what timing you like best for OMAD?

I like lunchtime but I cannot do that very often as the family meal in our house is supper and so I often eat two meals or (rarer) wait for supper for my OMAD

liv001 Interesting. That time is what seems best for me too. Bit late lunch. Will follow your example when this OMAD period ends.
