Up at 5:10am to work. Had a nightmare about my late friend MW. First I was talking to a reporter about how MW had been jailed for failure to pay rent even though she had dementia and was legitimately forgetting. This never actually happened, but I felt she needed defending. Then I dreamt I was visiting her, but she lived in the house where I grew up and was opening boxes and not paying attention to me. So I kept telling her how much I missed her. As in, missed her because she was dead. And she turned to look at me and morphed into something monstrous, like a shrieking banshee. I fled and found I had left my purse outside in the rain. Someone had taken out my wallet and stolen all my cash and credit cards. All so disturbing.
Back to reality. I went to the gym yesterday and felt like I couldn't do more than 26 minutes on the elliptical. My left knee feels like it is developing a meniscus problem. I also feel very hungry, almost sick. Maybe I shouldn't take all my supplements before bed.
