I'm supposed to go to a physical therapist to help my knees but it's so expensive. I should be looking on youtube for how-to videos on that.

Be careful with your knees. It doesn't take much to injure them if you already have arthritis in them.

I have bilateral knee osteoarthritis too; in 2005, I had an arthroscopic operation called "microfracture" on my left (worst) - I can do everything, including downhill skiing; well, I can't run that's my only limitation.
