0.6 lbs dropped from yesterday despite the late night munching of a ricecake (1 pt), but put me over the top off my points. The working out must help.

Dropping half a pound in a day is awesome! especially as you've been dieting for a bit now! Keep up the great work...and I think that you need to eat over your points from time to time...the body needs it.
