Given that i was traveling for work last week, i am very happy to record this weight loss! It is so hard to know what you are eating when you are on the road...I brought workout gear and went jogging 3x so that must have kept me in check. Also, when eating out - I stuck to grilled meats and always ordered without sauce or butter - and tried to incorporate steamed veggies. I also brought a box of weight control oatmeal with me so I would always have a healthy option for breakfast.
