I finally got to my goal of 185! Actually I'm now at 184, which is great.
I am no longer obese! I am overweight, hurray!!! This is going by the BMI chart. Looking forward to getting to my next goal of 170, at which point I will have lost 50 pounds.
Right now I've lost 36, and I lost a daily Weight Watchers point, which sucks, but I can handle it. I used to get 26, today I get 25. Which is about 70 calories, give or take.
I will continue doing what I did last week, since it helped me to get over the hump.
