No way man! I remained the same weight for almost 2 weeks!!!! If I cheated all the time or if I cheated at all I understand but I have been insainely strict! I can only maintain that level of dedication for so long. I was about out of f**cks to give lol Thank God I started losing again because I was on the verge of going off Keto and just returning to LCHP and starving myself 🙁😞

well we all hit those and I found that not eating or dropping my calories definitely did not help. I just felt worst and tired. Glad you finally broke the dam so to speak.
