BG --110.
YAY!! I'm down a pound. Losing weight as we go is such a strong motivator. I admit, I get just as confused and frustrated when the dial doesn't move.
Anyway, I have some catching up to do...

Good for you, that's what we want to see on the old scale. My loss this week really perked me up too. Now if we could just keep it moving in the right direction it would make life so much easier. One pound at a time...we will get there. :)

Good for you, Ruby! Yes, it does get frustrating when the scale doesn't perform as we would like. That is why I quit weighing everyday. ONce a week and then the reading is mmore accurate. I do understand the temptation to check though, and from time to time I do peek. lol

One pound at a time absolutely! And thanks, I've been thinking of not weighing myself everyday too because when the scale doesn't move or heaven forbid moves the WRONG way it tends to dampen my day. I think once a week should be enough for me.
You just wait ladies. One of these days they'll be calling us "baggy pants" LMAO
Thank you!! :D
