I did really well yesterday. Only problem is I don't get to eat dinner until 9pm after I get my kids to bed. I've got to try to fit my dinner in earlier. Getting home from work at 7, my husband already has fed the kids, and I want to get every minute I can with them before their bedtime. So I hold off on eating till after they are in bed. Time to try something new.
