I am very happy to finally see 60 on the scale this morning - only 15 days late, but great none the less. Had my 8 year old godson staying this week so only managed one workout yesterday and he did about the first 5 minutes and then complained about how hard it was for most of the rest. I'm so glad I'm no longer in that mindset of 'I can't do it'. I now believe that those who believe they can and those who believe they can't are both right - so there's always a choice.
