zurück aus England, trotz fish & chips usw ein minus dank viel laufen am Strand (teilweise gegen storm Brian mit 90km/h Böen! ).
178.6 lb Lost so far: 41.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
