So ... the weight has been on the wrong side of 150lbs since Mother's Day - just now getting on the "right side." Still, I realize I won't be losing weight if I keep eating like this. Time to focus on lower cals and better nutrition. I DID have a great run yesterday, but you can't outrun a bad diet. So, my new goal is to lose 14 lbs by June 30th, which is a little more than 5 weeks. Ambitious, yes, but doable IF I cut the crap food out of my diet. And WHEN (not if) I lose that weight, my reward will be THIS DRESS! I've looked at it for months, and decided yes I'll buy it WHEN I lose 14 lbs, hitting my goal weight of 135 lbs. And WHEN I buy the dress, I'll post a picture of me wearing it!
