Day 89 - Another mini milestone reached - Weighed in at 88.8 Kg = 13 stone 12lb and just shy of 36 lb lost in total 3-1/2" lost from my waist 5" from my belly.
The last few days I have felt a little empty in my stomach I have had to restrict my intake to a under 1400 cals average to keep the net carbs under 30g per day.
Today I will try and get in plenty of calories and keep low carb- Bacon and egg brekkies and then Gravalax at Ikea Reading for lunch
Other news I have partly been keeping fit by breaking up wooden pallets to recover the wood My fit bit counts it as sport!- Two dismantled yesterday - enough wood for two nice planters.
