Weekly weigh-in beginning today. I'm using the Kaiser free service so it will be documented in my medical record and because they have a scale which will weigh me accurately.
I'd like to show my physician I am attempting to do something to fix my pre-diabetes which I have ignored for the past year. The last AC1 blood test on 1/6/17 placed me as having diabetes with 6.6. 6.4 is the upper limit.
I'm cutting back the carbs and giving the Herbalife meal replacements a try.
Using the Pedometer++ app with my iPhone, I am shooting for a goal of 2,000 steps a day.
