Had a BBQ-Braised Pork Shank sautéed kale, roasted peewee potatoes, balsamic BBQ sauce accompanied with a macallan 12 followed by custard. Indulged but weight held steady at 167.4.
167.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 17.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
