Well, you didn't do that bad, so I will say you were definitely successful. The portion was so small, so no fretting over that. In my opinion, it's not only the food, but the portion. Fudge can be like potato chips; you can't just eat ONE. I know my father can't.

I'm actually surprised I didn't! There's still more over there (at the office)... Yesterday I basically ran around everywhere. Hell I could hardly even think about eating no less do it until dinner. I do feel pretty good about how I did yesterday.

Probably just cut back a little at least for the challenge. We're in PSL season! It'd be really hard for me to cut out coffee between now and about March. It's just too comforting at times haha.

Pumpkin Spice Latte. I usually drink black, but in the winter I seem to add more creamer and drink flavored coffee.

something about this time of year, everyone wants hot, spiced , creamy beverages...I treat myself maybe once, every other week...and then I count it as my lunch ! Have a great day!

You're doing great! One 1" piece of fudge is so small, I don't think it's really worth worrying about. I like to only have about a cup of coffee a day anyway (and that being decaf), but yeah, this is the season for warm drinks now! There's always tea and cocoa, too, if you're looking for something else besides coffee. Not the same, I know, but they're good in their own ways. :)
