There's goes yesterdays big drop. On the other hand, the carb load is in progress. Breakfast... 3 eggs, english muffin, 4 5" pancakes with huckleberries cooked in, raspberries, whipped cream, and 1/2 cup of maple syrup.
Think about this you guys. This is the payoff for the hard work and getting your weight in line - a day and a half of all the stuff you had to give up. I hope you all can experience this soon.
