Das bergt total seit 2 Wochen tut sich wieder nix hab grad mal 3 Kilo in 2 Monaten geschafft😞😞😞
144.4 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 11.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
