Aumentei minha massa corporal, mas continuo emagrecendo pois iniciei pilates para adquirir força e flexibilidade.
142.9 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.0 lb a week
