3rd of August 2024. My weight today is 104.7 kg. 1st of August, my weight was 105.5 kg. So I lost 800 g. In the last couple of days, I have eaten less as it was sooooo hot outside and inside ( the room temperature was +29°C ). I have some goals for this month : - eat healthy Mediterranean diet foods ; - try to cut down on coffee consumption ; - even with my back pain, try to do some aerobic exercises ; - manage sleep and stress ; - add more protein and fiber into my meals ; - create a calorie deficit ( need to calculate it ).
