Yeah it seems to be working! I give myself now about 2 cheat meals a week. I keep my carbs around 100g-150g depending on my level of training. I am sleeping better and don't feel fatigued ^_^

That's the ticket Pan... I kept my carbs at that level too, and I lost 50... =)

That's awesome Miller! I figured my carb amount had something to do with why I wasn't losing and how I was feeling overall. And I must say I am much happier now that I can eat some basmati rice and potatoes
