Have had similar situation, increased daily water from 8 -8oz to 10 as per Dr. Recommendation. It decreased hydration. And skin wrinkling, slightly increased energy just a tad. Was really having difficulty drinking 8 glasses a day but 10 to twelve loses up bowel movements and better regulating body function. To me worth the struggle.Good luck.
Been around fat secret since 2012 has really improved
