Some struggles this weekend but not too bad overall. I have a lot of anxiety over some car issues and its easy to try to make myself feel better with food. I had my second therapy session and he told me that the questions I was asking were typical of people in their 6th or 7th session - so Im KILLIN that game. Just kidding - its actually been pretty helpful so far. I also joined Noom. I have heard bad things, but I really like the daily lessons because its been helping me be more mindful on what my goals are.
