Kinda expected this increase, traveled to a conference for work and did the best I could with little control over my food choices. Hopefully now that I’m home I’ll get going back in the right direction!

Though this weekend is my bday so there will probably also be some calorie splurging. And in 9 days a vacation to Vancouver for a week. Hopefully I won’t be back where I started after all this. At least on vacation I’ll be doing a ton of hiking and walking!

Travel and special occasions typically knock most of us off track. Just follow your healthy habits any time that you can. It is a marathon, not a sprint. Have fun!!!
