thought it might be about time to write something on here. I'm not very on top of filling my diary out but as the weather gets better and I'm wanting to be more active and eat better (no one wants to eat salads in winter) I'm gonna try and keep on top of it. weighed myself a few days ago and I'm 8stone 11. better than I expected. just gotta try and keep it up!
