Today I measured myself. I have gained 7 lbs. but it feels like so much more. I think fat has taken the place of muscle, so I measured the part of me I know, and I am 2 inches larger. I have started walking again, and yesterday I did squats and sumo squats, as well as bicep and tricep kickbacks, and crunches. Today I am walking, sumo squats w weights, chest press, barrels, superman, and bridges. Maybe a plank or two for 30 seconds. It's been a month since I worked out at all so I'm starting easy. Chest: 32 in (I know this measurement used to be 30 inches :( ) Waist: 33 in Hips: 38 1/2 in
