No training last night, I was building Katie's bedroom furniture, a form of exercise I suppose. I put it down as callisthetics & lost a lb! I couldn't do it every night though!
207.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
