Another 1 lb. gone and have lost 1/2" off my hips and thighs. So not a bad week. Going to try my best to resist the Christmas pudding on Thursday. Still pleased with how things are going so far. Luckily it's not been a struggle.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 98.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
