Now, when food intake stabilized, increase of activity is a must to reach the goal. Hit and miss here, Tried do rope jumps for 15 minutes, thought weight still too high for pressure on joints. Decided swim and steam instead last night. Good sleep and weight down as a result - yup yup! not giving up...
215.2 lb Lost so far: 22.9 lb.    Still to go: 82.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
