Good time trial last night, slower time but felt so much faster?!? The Apprentice, red wine, Magners & snacks put up the calories; let's see if it's a one-off for a change!
206.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
