Thanks for asking because I do have plans. My immediate goal is to stay in the blue for about 10 days in a row. If that happens I will reduce my goal weight by five more pounds. If it does not, I will reduce my goal weight after the holidays. This last five pounds is the recommended weight for my body type and height. After I reach that goal, the real challenge starts; keeping the weight off. I have already noticed that all it takes to regain the weight is a few bad meals for a few days...

I'm so happy for & proud of you,it isn't easy to continue to do what we know we need & want to do, when everything around us prods, pushes & tricks us to doing otherwise. It seems that you have it under control & are learning to control what you haven't yet by taking the route you are on! I haven't noticed what it takes for regaining weight yet as I have only been experimenting with my current "meal plan" for a week, but for 3 weeks I have been steadily shedding weight (literally, daily) so I am curious as to what it will be. Wait, just last night I deviated from my "plan" & I *did* gain .8 :( Yeah,3 weeks of daily drops then 1 deviation meal resulted in an uprising. BUT I doubled my 2 mile walk today in hopes of getting free from it once & for all :) I wish you well in your progress & will be watching with interest :)

Thanks again... You have learned a lot about how our control has everything to do with our weight loss goals. Congrats on the 3 weeks of shedding!

Thanks John! I *do* believe that I'm connecting the dots of weight management better but still want & need to learn so much more :) I know that by continuing to connect those dots,I will see the BIG PICTURE & *finally* keep my weight goal, once I reach it. That IS the ULTIMATE goal!!!
