Okay, instead of losing weight this year... I not only regained what I lost but gathered some extra pounds. I hate weighting. And worse, I know it is my fault—candy, sugar, sweets. I love them. I hate them. So I will try again to lose weight this year. Hopefully, I will do better.

Put in an online order for groceries and only order healthy stuff. When I shop inside the store, I buy too much junk food. I've planned meals for dinners. I am struggling to pack healthy things for breakfast and lunch. Since I go to work at 3:30 am, I eat breakfast during a break and lunch at a late break. In the past, that meant lots of fast food. I'll have to pack stuff the night before because I sure as heck don't feel like getting up earlier, and I definitely wouldn't make good choices.
